How to DIY Grid Tie Inverter Solar System?

Choose the right solar panel.

Suitable for 4X250W-300W 36V solar panel (Vmp30-39V; Voc36-50V) Vmp = working voltage; Voc = open circuit voltage.Each MC4 branch cannot exceed 300W

Note: Extend the solar panel cable. The positive and negative poles cannot be reversed.

AC connected to grid

We have improved the AC wiring solution. Configure converters for faster installation. Avoid the risk of miswiring the fire, zero and ground wires.

Note: The home outlet switch must be turned on. The local power grid cannot be blacked out.

Note: The blue LED on the side of the AC output is working, which proves that the AC wiring is normal.

MPPT technology

Regarding the heating problem of the inverter:
